These SMS/Text Messaging Terms (“SMS Terms”) apply when you receive text messages from AnchorSix. AnchorSix operates multiple SMS programs. Your consent method and message types depend on the program.

A) Help Desk Verification (One-Time Passcodes / OTP)

Purpose: We send one-time passcodes (OTPs) to verify identity when you initiate support contact or request verification through our support portal or with an agent.
Message Frequency: Varies; typically one or a few messages per verification request.
Message & Data Rates: May apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out. If you opt out, you may need an alternative verification method.
